In Response...

Kahless just asked me recently in response to my post about the immigration test what questions I think should be on the test. I think the following questions should at least be included.
1. Name the set of documents that laid out the arguments for ratification of the constitution and are still used by the Supreme Court today to aid in interpretation of the Constitution.
2. Who's the one President to also serve as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court?
3. Who was President during the Civil War?
4. What did the secessionist states name their country?
5. Name the original states.
6. Name the first written constitution of the USA.
7. What year was the Constitution RATIFIED?
8. Name the authors of the document listed in question 1.
9. What years was the world entangled in World War 1?
10. In what year and how was slavery abolished?

Now aren't these questions a little more difficult and help determine how much you really love this country you wish to become a part of? If you don't love this country so much to not learn her history then you shouldn't be here. I'll add more later as I come up with them, I ain't thinking fully... all my brain is thinking about is the food heating up in the oven... I'm HUNGRY! So peace for now folks.
