So, the president supports his party's nominee. What do you expect? Doesn't it automatically kill the party if its leader, especially a sitting president, doesn't support the candidate? Then again, it helps the dems either way doesn't it? So my whole comment (brief as it is) is that this is one of those "you knew it was coming, he had to do it" kind of meaningless endorsements. It solidifies McCain with Bush's (few remaining) supporters, and solidifies the left's support of the dem running against McCain. So who gives a f*** about Bush and/or McCain right now. We have enough problems to worry about right now.
