While we were waiting on dinner to come, the twins remained in the bedroom keeping a watchful guard (well, ok, Jadzia guarded, Curzon snoozervised LOL). Nimbus and I waited patiently (even though he knows he isn't getting any). The sight was hilarious on the bed...

I guess he had to show off his sleeping abilities haha. He couldn't be disturbed for the world...

This is all the reaction I got after kicking the scratching post 3 times and calling out his name. LOL.
On the other hand...

Jadzia was showing off just how beautiful and happy she is to be celebrating a new year. What a smile!

But nothing can distract her from her guard duties! I love that collar too... She just matches it so well. Lil purple collar with lil kitty paw prints on it... that's been HER collar for probably two years now if not more. She gives evil glares if you even motion like you're gonna put it on one of the boys. Not like it'd go around their big necks anyway. What had her attention, by the way, I have no idea. I didn't see or hear anything. But we've heard a mouse or something up there before, so who knows, maybe she heard it even though I couldn't. Curry didn't - or didn't care - either.
