Stuff

Hey there guys and gals. Well, the weather guy gave us good news and bad news. We're supposed to get more snow tomorrow, BUT within a week we should be warming up out of the 30s! Woohoo! Not like it still isn't going to feel cold as heck, but it won't be as bone-biting cold that makes you wonder if you're living near the arctic circle! So we shall see, but maybe soon I'll be able to take Curzon outside for a few minutes so he can get some fresh air! Jadzia, all I have to do, is crack the window open a little bit for a minute and that's as close to outside as she will willingly go LOL. Nimbus' ear itchie is still bugging him, but I'm doing the best I can to keep it from getting worse. If it was a paw or something, I could manage it better. But you can't bandage an ear! LOL at least he's being cooperative.
I finally got some of my cleaning done, but not all of it. It wasn't so much a want to though as it was a have to. I needed the space! Now I got even more crap piled up that I am sure a cat will probably knock over soon enough, but hopefully we'll get the pile dwindled down a little first. Curzon's taken over window guard duty for his sister since he's *ahem* larger and more well insulated than she is. Unfortunately this means we end up with a 16lb cat jumping down from the headboard onto the bed, causing a wee bed-quake! LOL Now if only I could get Nimbus to see he can jump that high... LMAO then again, he so analyzes every jump, especially the down jumps, by the time he got down, he'd probably be wanting back up! I called my "adopted" mommie (not legally adopted but this woman's known me over 20 years, and we've always been inseparable, so pft she's my mum) last night and Nimbus gave the proper demonstration of a CoonPurr. LOL it was so loud I think she had to back the phone off of her ear a little bit! And to think, he didn't even crank it up but halfway! I think she now understands how a purr can wake you up out of a deep sleep lol!
So anyways, I am off to kick back and relax and get some food thinking done. I have to try to remember how I made my killer lamb shoulder chops so well the last time in case Mr. Cat decides that's what he wants for dinner tomorrow. I told him to come home hungry 'cause I'm cooking. Sorry, hungry kitties, there won't be any leftovers, not even for MY cats. We tend to devour them quite quickly.
Be well my friends!
