Look guys, our ducks are back! They come around every year, but I don't remember them coming this soon! Usually they don't show up until spring. Maybe this bodes well for the rest of the winter? They're so precious too, and they're almost always together, except when he's out scouting somewhere to eat. (Biggify to see better.)

So after coming in from the cold to take those pics of the ducks in our creek, Jadzia was up in the window apparently watching me on CatTV. Well, she had to make sure the other two cats knew that it was HER windowsill. So she had to go refresh her scents on HER perch LOL.

As you can see it's a long, tiring process, but it's one every Queen must do if she's to keep her own turf!
I turned around and found the boys laying together, but the moment he saw me, Curzon had to do his "otter-belly flop" - of course he can't do it nicely!

Poor Nimbus got shoved out of the way, pretty coldly I must add. But that's my Curzon for you. Attention hog!

So I decided I wasn't going to let Curzon win, so I went over to where Nimbus had gone and gave Nimbus some love. Not that we got much in obviously, because Curzon didn't want anyone else to be the center of attention!

But I did allow Curzon to have the final pic on this post, so that should help his ego out, right? Maybe??

I apologize by the way for some of the pics being a wee darker than normal. Mr. Sunbeam is struggling to poke through the clouds so it's kinda hit and miss on whether the sun will get through the clouds for any particular pic.
Perhaps I'll have to go back outside and see my ducks... nah... too cold. LOL I know, I'm a wimp. It's not AS cold as it was, but still it's a couple notches below freezing! Until it hits 50 it's still gonna be cold! I'm ready for spring!
