Monday, Monday

Well, today's Monday, and our mom's last day of vacation. She says her normal hunting routine kicks back off tomorrow. We're not happy, but seeing as we're 3 big hungry cats, I guess we need her to go hunting if we're going to eat! So we had a meeting last night and we've determined 3 things:
Mom's going to be spending a lot of time on her computer because she says she's trying to save having to reformat it. She's not happy at all with it right now and so we're thinking she's going to try to fix it today. This means plenty of opportunities for lap snoopervising!
Mom also didn't go back to sleep this morning after getting up to give the boy his shot. She was nice enough afterwards to give him a little bit of a brushing. So he repaid her with some snoopervised TV browsing - to which she was gravely disappointed. "It's all the same crap, same news, same BS," she said. So, we agreed it's time we show her REAL entertainment - mission accomplished. I chased my sister around a bit and did something I haven't done in ages: curled up and slept in the middle of my ring! Mom was kind enough last week to flip it over until she can figure out how to take it apart so she can clean it. Nimbus is also helping by carrying around the reindeer and making those cute little noises the mom seems to find so cute. He's also got handsome down good!
We have a lot of snoozing to do. Sometimes if we snooze enough, we get mom sleepy and we can have one big ol' snoozefest! Mom took a picture a day or two ago of me snoozing on the blanket pile, but she was saving it for another day. Seeing as it's ManCat Monday, maybe now's a good time! (Hint, hint hint, mom... A fresh picture'd be nice!) We're also going to try to help inspire her to get back to her projects today, but that might be difficult. She keeps looking at Nimbus and his reindeer... I forsee playtime ahead for the boy! Good thing too cause he's getting kinda uhm... BIG! He's got to be twice as big as his mom - and working on twice as heavy! It's hard to believe he used to be such a tiny little runt the size of a mouse, but it's true! When he was born, he wasn't much bigger than most mice. Mom told us back then he reminded her of a gerbil, whatever that is. All I know is that I was quite specifically told by sis not to hurt that little runt or else... So heck, if you can't beat 'em, might as well raise 'em right, right?
So we are off for now as mom is insisting on at least trying to play with the boy. Hahaha.
Good luck mom. Seriously. He's a lazy boy.
