Howdy folks. We have a lot to cover today, so bear with us.
Curzon: I'm hearing evil rumors.
Nimbus: Hey it isn't about me so I don't care!
Jadzia: Yee haw it's not me either!
No guys it isn't. It's Curzon's turn to go to the vet!
Curzon: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!
Yes boy, it's your turn. Come on be a brave mancat about it.
Curzon: I don't wanna! I don't even fit in the PTU!
BS silly cat. If Nimbus can fit in there, you can too!
Curzon: But I'm bigger!
Only your ego and your ears, big boy. Besides, you're going to see Nimbus' vet. You'll get to see the human that made him feel better. Don't you want to say thanks personally?
Curzon: Can I get back to you on that?
Nope. You're going in the Monday after next, like it or not. You're puking your food up way too much and that's no good for you or my wallet! So we're going to get your sensitive tummy problem addressed and hopefully fixed.
Curzon: Just don't let her...
She's not going to cut *them* off. Dude, I don't know why you deny it so much, but you haven't had *them* in a good 8 years! I know you prance around sometimes like you still do, but you don't. And yes she might stick the thermometer up your butt, but there's no other way to take your temperature. They can't take yours like I take mine because you don't sit still that long and you'd eat the thermometer, or at least break it!
Curzon: Oh, all right. I'll go, as long as you promise she'll make me feel better.
I don't know why you're not, but we're going to at least try to make you feel better. Hopefully it's nothing too serious, but with all the crap you eat on a daily basis, God only knows what has your stomach upset THIS TIME.
Jadzia: Hey you started blogging without me, mommy!
Well, get up here!
Jadzia: How?
We go through this a million times, girl, sheesh. Just JUMP!
Ok, now that I have proper snoopervision... let's continue.
First of all, a couple funny bloopers.
hehehe I love how even in the bloopers, Jadzia manages to make her ears look as big as the boys' ears are.
Curzon just starting the pawdance. Some of the pawdances I swear he forgets he's fixed and starts acting like he did when he was 8 months old, and that's no good! lololol
Giving me *the look* for photographing him during one of his *sessions* - he has yet learned to make it more beneficial. OMG if he would only pawdance on my thigh muscles after I get home from work, he'd get tons of treats and cuddles... oh wait, that's probably why he doesn't. He gets cuddled so much already, more would be an overload probably!
After I got him to lay down - albeit for a minute tops...
Then he left me and went to go give himself a bath. I'm sure he's upset about me showing him in a compromising position, but he should be used to it by now. These pics are one of the times I'm glad I uploaded the pics right after I took them, because it's not too hard to forget and have to struggle to tell the twins apart. Usually Curzon's white spots below his ears don't show up in photos. But I love that tail... He's trying to be Dante! Trying!!!
You know I took a pic just like this of Curzon a few months back. I know I put it up on the blog somewhere... But wow, I can't believe I caught Jadzia in mid-headshake! Wow! Looks just as painful too! But we all know they wouldn't do it if it hurt.
So of course you know I had to end the blog with Jadzia looking so beautiful...
... and silly!
Ok, on to the competition. I gather by the lack of comments and questions, no one else has any questions, and that's good. I know sometimes I don't make myself the most clear, and I apologize. I am kinda curious though if anyone's already started planning their entries into the competition! Remember, it's not just for cats! I like dogs too! Heck I love dogs! I just love cats way more. But I will have a dog companion before too long. Just not here and now. Luckily I got good friends who have a beautiful German Shepherd. I love that girl, she's so sweet - and HUGE even for a Shepherd! My goodness I think she thinks she's supposed to be a Great Dane or something! But I don't think I've seen a more well-behaved, sweet dog. It's obvious she hit the puppy lottery!
So anyways, that's all I have for now. I hope everyone's staying comfy, and thanks guys for the sunbeams! Unfortunately I have been getting home a wee later than I'd like so the pics are harder to come by with natural sunbeams, but I have another short day coming up and hopefully we'll have plenty of sunshine!
